Erik Muendel
Creative Director/Owner
Erik Muendel is a new media executive with over 14 years of experience. As Creative Lead and Director for Brightline Interactive, LLC, Erik leverages creative, strategy and management skills to develop and execute effective multi-channel interactive marketing. His team-building skills result in industry awards, and the interactive campaigns he manages help national accounts meet strategic communication goals and improved brand awareness. Erik has a BS in Political Science and a minor in Computer Science from James Madison University.
Bill Goodwin
Producer/Creative & Technical Director
Partner, Brightline Productions
Bill is an accomplished communications consultant who works comfortably from creative conceptualization through technical execution which is why he carries the title Creative and Technical Director. His range of skills and experience range from executive production-level management for corporate and political events and galas; budgeting; design and engineering of audio, video and computer-based presentation systems, including multi-screen video-enabled sets, DVD mastering, video editing and art direction for still and motion graphics.
Sam Santarelli
VP of Business Development/Client Services
Alessandro (Sam) Santarelli identifies opportunities and then works in symmetry with both the client and Brightline’s team to ensure that the client’s vision and Brightline’s creative are fully executed: on time and on budget. For over 9 years, Sam was an award-winning new media and film/video producer. His most recent documentary film, The Cultivated Life: Thomas Jefferson and Wine, was distributed nationally by PBS and was awarded two Emmy® Awards. Sam has a BA in History from the University of Virginia.
Sean Brescia
Producer/Project Director
Sean Brescia has a diverse background in event, experiential and entertainment-based production, management and promotion. He has extensive experience directing live production, event management and logistics, thematic and creative direction, program coordination, marketing and promotional strategies, and sponsorship development; bringing this unique blend of insights to the overall coordination of projects. His work includes high-profile political and corporate conferences, concerts, outdoor events and festivals, sporting events and exhibitions, and a range of communications projects across all media.
Jason Powers
Senior Programmer
Jason is a software developer with 13 years experience developing a wide range of software from web applications to manufacturing configuration tools. While his background includes many programming languages and software tools, since the arrival of Web 2.0 and AS3, his interest is in web development using JavaScript and Flash. Having spent a considerable amount of time in China over the last few years, when he’s not coding, he’s usually studying Mandarin or running.

Dalya Kandil
Senior Designer/Developer
Dalya Kandil is a designer and developer with over 10 years experience working in digital media. A graduate of the Fine Arts program from Virginia Commonwealth University, she is also studied Web Development and IT Engineering for several years while embarking on a successful freelance career in New York City and Washington, DC. Experienced with multiple application frameworks and platforms, Dalya brings her wide range of design and development skills and experiences to Brightline Interactive. When she’s not kicking it in design and development, she’s kicking it in the ring as an avid kickboxer who also practices yoga and rocks out on the keyboards.
