To embellish on their “Artfully Crafted” ad campaign, Blue Moon wanted to emphasize artistry beyond just their brewing. In doing so, they wanted to give their loyal consumers the power of artistic expression.
Brightline transformed a standard retail display into a fully integrated touch experience using LCD displays and touch foil technology to immerse consumers in Blue Moon’s “Artfully Crafted” ad campaign. The experience offered participants an opportunity to create their own Blue Moon masterpiece and share it on social media. Consumers, given a choice of two canvases, used an extensive color palette to fill in their scene with short finger swipes along the touch screen. They were then offered an array of options to title their masterpiece before it was published on the campaign microsite and emailed back to them to share socially.
“Create Your Own Masterpiece” achieved 1,000 interactions and over 500 completed paintings in four weeks of activation. Additionally, the display enjoyed over 1 million earned media impressions.
